Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, periods of high order volume, or circumstances outside our control.

Estimated Delivery

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Costs

CleanRide Supply currently offers free standard shipping on all orders.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has begun processing.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us so we can review the issue and help determine the appropriate next steps.
